Returns
We can hardly imagine, but of course you can return an order. The garment(s) can be returned within 7 days without giving any reason, of course provided unworn, unwashed and undamaged. And in the original packaging enclosing a copy of the invoice.
Returns without an invoice will not be accepted. Postage and shipping risk of a return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the garment(s). Returns that do not have sufficient postage will not be accepted. Put plainly on the invoice to which bank account we can refund your money.
Trading
It is possible to exchange a garment under the following conditions:
- Exchanges only within 14 days of purchase date.
- Unworn, undamaged, unwashed and in original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
- Postage and shipping risk of return shipment are borne by the buyer.
How to trade
- Frank the return sufficient.
- Close the invoice with the return.
- Indicate clearly on the bill for the garment you want to exchange the purchase. (item code and/or name)
